Message types

Depending on your booking and preferences, messages may include:

Booking confirmations
Schedule changes
Weather cancellation notices
Boarding notifications
Safety alerts
Text-message sign-in codes for authorized crew and staff
Promotional messages, including Free Friday messages, only after explicit opt-in

Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your booking, service, or authorized crew/staff account. Sign-in codes are account-security messages requested when a user attempts to sign in. Promotional messages require separate opt-in.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of promotional messages does not necessarily stop transactional messages related to an active booking or service. Opting out of all messages may prevent receipt of one-time sign-in codes and access to tools that require text-code authentication. To stop all text communications or request help with account access, contact us using the information below.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Typically 1-4 messages per booking, plus one message for each requested sign-in code.

Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Phone numbers used for SMS are stored with consent and used solely for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy unless you separately agree to additional uses. We do not sell phone numbers to third parties. Read the full JettyLight LLC & Ops Normal AI Privacy Policy.
